GAME COACHING
The last few seasons have seen me get more and more involved in the game shooting world, an average season will see me in the field around 30 days for my own personal shooting and considerably more dates for on peg instruction.
I prefer to do the “hard” work of improving mechanics on the clay ground where we have time and space to make changes to technique and explain the reasonings behind these changes, as I feel one of the most common issues I see with in field coaches is overloading the client with instructions re technique, which often leads to panic confusion and a lack of understanding.
If we can get this drilled in under the towers at Grimsthorpe Estate Shooting Ground or Sporting Targets, it becomes a much simpler task of reminding the client of the salient points in the field, allowing them to relax, focus on selecting the right birds and enjoying the day.

Please note I do not offer a driving service. I am happy to stuff on single gun days however if double gunning you will still need to have a loader, as I will want to be focussing on your shooting, not loading!
